Surface sampling: To assess presence of mold on the surface and identification of existing mold groups. 13,000 Yen/one sample ～You will get your Mold inspection report after 120hrs sample-cultivation and 3 business days, you can receive your full detailed results with images and data. On-site assessment: We visit your place in timely manner. We find possible areas of suspect mold growth and the root cause scientifically by professional devices and air testing on site.
Making estimate: We will send the report with the results of on-site assessment and recommendations on how you should proceed a written-estimate. 3,000 Yen/one place～
Mold removal: We remove the mold from mold hyphal and spores on your things/walls/ceiling/ floors by brushing and wiping using MIST-1 formula (sodium hypochlorite, sodium carbonate..etc) We check the water content in the working material during our process and take adequate time for penetrating and drying to ensure the effects and to reduce the water content to dry condition using heaters.
Sterilization: We spray MIST-SP formula (Ethanol etc..), to sterilize airborne spores in the space and on the surface to eliminate the risk of next mold growth. Penetration and Drying time should be needed after working to ensure the effects.
Antimicrobial coating and Deodorant: We spay fine mist of Ag+ ion water for antimicrobial coating to prevent attachment of mold spores and to eliminate odor, too.
